"Vase arrived broken and delivery took ages"
The delivery took way longer than expected, and there was zero communication about it. When it finally showed up, the base plate was shattered. I've tried reaching out for a replacement, but so far, I've heard nothing back.
On the bright side, the plant is beautiful. Just wish their communication was better.

"Awesome shopping experience"
Awesome shopping experience! I was familiar with a similar idea in London, but I couldn't locate anything that provides excellent plants, offers a barcode to learn about your greenery, and has a chatbot tailored to your selected plants. The delivery was smooth as well. Thanks a bunch!

"Amazing folks and greenery!"
Awesome! I had a video chat with a bosque representative. She assisted me in choosing the perfect plants for my living situation and lighting. My delivery was set for a week post-purchase. They showed up right on schedule, and the delivery guy brought my plants up 5 flights of stairs (much appreciated!!). Everyone I interacted with was super nice, and my plants are looking fantastic!
